A PERMANENT SIGN AT MOUNTAIN VIEW PLAZA, SUN CITY
LA DONNA'S GIFT SHOP
Mr. Reynaldo, Copper State Sign Company, requests approval of a permanent sign to
identify a new business there, La Donna's Gift Shop.
The proposed sign, which will have a total area of approximately 6 square feet, complies
with the aggregate sign size allowance for this project. The sign is to utilize pan channel
letters of a 'Morocco Red' color. The letters will be back-lighted to create a halo effect.
This sign is compatible and consistent, both in color and type of illumination, with other
signs the DRB has reviewed and, therefore, Staff recommends approval.
