SUBJECT: OV13-93-36 Fluoresco Request for Permanent Sign Approval
Mountain View Plaza, Suite 103 - New Tenant "Coventry Homes"
SUMMARY:
Fluoresco Lighting, the company responsible for most of the existing signage at Mountain View
Plaza, now requests approval of a permanent sign to identify a new tenant there. The sign is to
read, "Coventry Homes".
The proposed sign, which will have a total area of approximately square feet, complies with
the aggregate sign size allowance for this project. The sign is to utilize pan channel letters of a
'Morocco Red' color. The letters will be back-lighted to create a halo effect.
This sign is compatible and consistent, both in color and type of illumination, with other signs the
DRB has reviewed for this complex and, therefore, Staff recommends approval.
