LA CAÑADA DRIVE            REGULAR SESSION AT OR AFTER 3:00 PM   CALL TO ORDER Chair Affinati called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.   ROLL CALL Present: Joseph Brandhuber, Member Thomas Gribb, Member Daniel Sturmon, Member Octavio Barcelo, Vice Chair Joseph Affinati, Chair Staff Present: Kyle Packer, Senior Planner Joe Andrews, Chief Civil Deputy Attorney Attendees: Josh Nicholson, Town Council Liaison  Councilmember Nicholson attended via Zoom.   PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chair Affinati led the Board and audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.   CALL TO AUDIENCE There were no speaker requests.   COUNCIL LIAISON COMMENTS There were no Council Liaison comments.   REGULAR SESSION AGENDA   1.REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 24, 2024 REGULAR SESSION MEETING MINUTES       Motion by Member Daniel Sturmon, seconded by Member Thomas Gribb to approve the meeting minutes for September 24, 2024.  Vote: 5 - 0 Carried January 28, 2025 Minutes, Board of Adjustment Meeting 1   2.INTRODUCTION OF THE NEW COUNCIL LIAISON FOR THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, JOSH NICHOLSON    Council Liaison Josh Nicholson introduced himself to the Board.   3.REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE 2025 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING DATES       Motion by Member Joseph Brandhuber, seconded by Vice Chair Octavio Barcelo to approve the 2025 meeting dates.  Vote: 5 - 0 Carried   4.ELECTION OF CHAIR EFFECTIVE JANUARY 29, 2025    Motion by Chair Joseph Affinati, seconded by Member Thomas Gribb to nominate Member Barcelo to serve as Chair.  Vote: 5 - 0 Carried   5.ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR EFFECTIVE JANUARY 29, 2025    Motion by Chair Joseph Affinati, seconded by Member Joseph Brandhuber to nominate Dan Sturmon to serve as Vice Chair.  Vote: 5 - 0 Carried   ADJOURNMENT    Motion by Member Thomas Gribb, seconded by Member Joseph Brandhuber to adjourn the meeting.  Vote: 5 - 0 Carried    Chair Affinati adjourned the meeting at 3:06 p.m.     I hereby certify that the foregoing minutes are a true and correct copy of the minutes of the regular session of the Town of Oro Valley Board of Adjustment of Oro Valley, Arizona held on the 28th day of January 2025.
