The term "TV", in Motor Vehicle language is the proper term
used to indicate "Travel Vehicle". They will not accept any
other term.
State law reads that any unit under 400 sq. ft. is a recrea-
tional vehicle. A unit of this size is designed for RV parks
only. Most mobile home parks will not allow this size of unit
a space. This Park Place, could be moved to California and
set-up in any RV park if they have a vacant space.

I am writing to you in reference to Steven and Jean Lindsey and
their recent dispute with the Town of Oro Valley concerning the
zoning code. As you are aware, my clients sold the recreational
vehicle that was causing the "disturbance" , negating the
necessity of a hearing and you were notified by this office, in a
timely manner, to vacate said hearing.
Since the appeal has been vacated, I request that the filing fee
of $100 . 00 for the Lindsey ' s appeal be reimbursed to my clients.
Please advise me of your decision in this matter.
