CALL TO ORDER
Chair Mattson called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m.

Stormwater Division Manager Dennis Roberts commented on the following:

Motion by Vice Chair Robert Aguayo, seconded by Commissioner John McCauley to approve the October
2/19/26 Minutes, Stormwater Utility Commission Regular Session 1
Motion by Vice Chair Robert Aguayo, seconded by Commissioner John McCauley to approve the October
14, 2025 meeting minutes.
Vote: 5 - 0 Carried
Motion by Commissioner John McCauley, seconded by Commissioner David Atler to approve the January
15, 2026 meeting minutes.
Vote: 5 - 0 Carried

ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Vice Chair Robert Aguayo, seconded by Commissioner John McCauley to adjourn the meeting.
Vote: 5 - 0 Carried
Chair Mattson adjourned the meeting at 5:09 p.m.
