CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

1.DISCUSSION TO PREPARE FOR THE BIG COMMUNITY REVIEW OF THE COMMUNITY'S NEXT
10-YEAR ACTION PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:

Ms. Simms did a quick overview of the web-based plan, its layout, and navigation. Ms. Simms then led the
group through a facilitated discussion, addressing the following topics:
Amount of information
Organization/Navigation
Look and Design
Other General Comments
Residents shared their experiences navigating the website and provided improvements that could help
overall accessibility and ways to simplify the user experience. After the discussion, Ms. Simms went over the
importance and details of the BIG Community Review. Ms. Simms concluded the meeting by announcing
upcoming opportunities for residents to stay involved.
ADJOURNMENT
Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:21 p.m.
