(No quorum was met so minutes were not approved.)

RESIDENT WORKING GROUP MEETING AT OR AFTER 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
Principal Planner Milini Simms called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
AGENDA TOPICS
1.DISCUSSION TO REFINE THE COMMUNITY'S NEXT 10-YEAR ACTION PLAN, KNOWN AS OV'S PATH
FORWARD
Ms. Simms presented the following items:
Tonight's Meeting
Move Towards Consensus
Creating the Draft Plan
The BIG Community Review
Minor Text Changes
Discussion: Performing Art Center
Discussion: Community Gathering Space
Discussion: Views
Ground Rules
Helpful Tips
Ms. Simms then led the group through a facilitated discussion to gather additional guidance on key topics
identified during the BIG Community Review. The group discussed the following actions to determine if
further refinement was needed or if they captured the resident guidance voiced over the past 2 years:
Action 64: Performing Art Center.
At the end of the discussion, the group achieved consensus to soften the language in the last sentence to
provide more flexibility over the next 10 years.
Action 273: Community Gathering Space
At the end of the discussion, the group achieved consensus to reduce the emphasis on OV Marketplace to
meet the intent of having a community corridor.
The group decided to continue the conversation on the last discussion item (views) at the next meeting. Ms.
Simms concluded by announcing the upcoming meeting details and agenda items.

ADJOURNMENT
Principal Planner Milini Simms adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
