CALL TO AUDIENCE - No speaker cards were received.
STAFF LIAISON REPORT
Deputy Finance Director, Wendy Gomez, reports on the following:
Budget dates to note:
Town Manager's Recommended Budget, staff's goal is to have it posted online by close of business on
April 24, 2026. Printed copies of the Town Manager's Recommended Budget will be available upon
request.
Study Session will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM
If needed, another Study Session will be held on May 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM
The Tentative Budget and Public Hearing is set for June 3, 2026, at 6 PM.
Final adoption and second Public Hearing is set for June 17, 2026 at 6 PM
REGULAR SESSION AGENDA
1.REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE MARCH 17, 2026 REGULAR SESSION MEETING MINUTES
Motion by Commissioner John Moothart, seconded by Commissioner Erin Krapf to approve with changes the
March 17, 2026 regular session meeting minuts.
Vote: 4 - 0 Carried

2.PRESENTATION AND POSSIBLE DISCUSSION OF THE TOWN'S FY25/26 FINANCIAL UPDATE
THROUGH JANUARY 2026 (PLEASE REFERENCE ATTACHMENTS)
Deputy Finance Director, Wendy Gomez, states that this item would not be presented as February's update
will be presented. Commissioners have no questions and move past item.
3.PRESENTATION AND POSSIBLE DISCUSSION OF THE TOWN'S FY25/26 FINANCIAL UPDATE
THROUGH FEBRUARY 2026 (PLEASE REFERENCE ATTACHMENTS)
Presented by Deputy Finance Director, Wendy Gomez. Discussion ensued amongst Staff and
Commissioners.
COUNCIL LIAISON COMMENTS
Mayor Winfield provided the following comments:
Items to note for tomorrow's Town Council Meeting:
Meeting will begin in Executive Session as it will be the Chief of Police's annual performance
evaluation
Meeting to proceed with a presentation on broadband infrastructure initiatives
Presentation on status of OV's Path Forward
On the Regular Agenda, an IGA that will be reviewed between the Golder Ranch Fire District and the
Town related to drones
OV Trails Connect plan has been completed
Small Study Session on Small Animal Husbandry
Another Executive Session will take place on the Contract Town Attorney Services
This evening there is a Citizen's Academy Graduation
Earth Day is tomorrow and this morning, Town Staff put together seed balls
An opportunity for yourselves and family to participate in a litter pick up, organized by Jessica Hynd our
Constituent Services Coordinator

Motion by Commissioner Erin Krapf, seconded by Commissioner Eloho Okeze to adjourn the meeting at 4:41 PM
