Key Findings
Majority (59%) of businesses state parking provided is sufficient
21% say there’s too little
15% say there’s too much
69% of businesses support special uses such as outdoor exercise classes,
performances, outdoor dining and pop-up events

Key Change #2: Remove PAD Parking Standards
The Town has 19 Planned Area Developments
9 have their own parking standards
Most, if not all have never updated parking standards
Recommend removing PAD parking standards
Example Case: Noble Hops –requires 5 spaces per 1000 sf; per
expert research and staff site visits, this should be closer to 20
spaces per 1000 sf.
