The Town of Oro Valley Municipal Property Corporation Annual Report due date is June 18, 2011. A
check request will need to be made for$10.00 made out to ACC You can download the forms from the
ACC website and at that time please download Form#AR0009 Statement of Change in Corporation or
Statutory Agent. When the form is filled out with the new Town Clerk's information, once that is sent in,
then it will replace the current Statutory Agent.
Finance Director Stacey Lemos is the staff liaison to the MPC. The new statutory agent files the
necessary annual report electronically and takes the minutes of their meetings.
