In accordance with Chapter 3, Title 38, Arizona Revised Statutes and Section 2-4-2 of the
Code of the Town of Oro Valley,Arizona,
A majority of the Oro Valley Municipal Property Corporation Board Members are expected
to attend a meeting for the signing and execution of closing documents related to $4,930,000
Town of Oro Valley MPC Excise Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 1999 Bond Issuance on June 23,
1999 at 1:30 p.m. in the Oro Valley Town Hall Conference Room.
